Gerry Fagan Appointed to Civil Jury Instructions Guidelines Rules Committee
The Montana Supreme Court appointed Gerry Fagan to the Civil Jury Instructions Guidelines Rules Commission to assist in the revision and amendment of Montana’s Pattern Jury Instructions. The Supreme Court appointed five District Court Judges and six attorneys to the Commission. The Pattern Jury Instructions were last amended in 2003. Appointments to the Commission are for three year terms, beginning in 2025.
