Gerry Fagan Elected President of MTDLA
Moulton Bellingham is pleased to announce that Shareholder and Firm President, Gerry Fagan, was elected unanimously to be the President of the Montana Trial Defense Lawyers Association for 2026. The MTDLA is a state-wide group that promotes, addresses, and lobbies for issues which affect or concern parties that may be defendants in litigation in Montana. The MTDLA also has issued and promulgated the widely accepted and used settlement forms.
