Moulton Bellingham Teams with Bowman and Brooke to Win Verdict in Multi-Million Dollar Pain Pump Litigation

Moulton Bellingham attorneys Jerry Murphy and Emily Jones served as local counsel for national firm Bowman and Brooke in the case of Davis v. Breg, Inc., in which the Plaintiff alleged Breg’s pain pump was defective and caused his chondrolysis condition. Jerry and Emily prepared the damages portion of the case, and Jerry presented the damages expert witnesses during the 6-day trial. The jury returned a defense verdict in favor of Breg, awarding the Plaintiffs no damages.
