D. Braukmann
Matt was born in the fall of 1978 and grew up in a small logging community in the northwest corner of Oregon . In 2000, he graduated with honors from Portland State University with a B.S. in Administration of Justice. Shortly thereafter, Matt worked for two years at the Jordan Schrader Law Firm in Portland , Oregon .
Based upon his experience there, Matt enrolled in law school at the University of Oregon . He spent his first summer clerking for the Oregon Department of Justice before transferring to the University of Montana School of Law. While there, Matt interned with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and clerked for Moulton Law Firm during the summer. He graduated with a J.D. degree in May 2005.
Matt enjoys golfing, fishing, archery big game hunting, hiking, kayaking, exploring the hidden corners of the state, and generally anything outdoors. He is a member of the Yellowstone County Bar Association and the State Bar of Montana.
Matt's practice at the Moulton firm involves litigation, commercial transactions, and real estate.
