A. ("Andy") Forsythe
Andy Forsythe (William A. Forsythe) was born in Missoula and grew up in Billings Montana. He attended Tufts University in Massachusetts, graduating in 1975 magna cum laude with a degree in History. He attended law school at the University of Montana and graduated with honors in 1979.
After law school he worked for two and a half years with Corette, Smith, and Dean in Butte, Montana doing personal injury defense. He returned to Billings in 1982 and joined the Moulton firm. Litigation, including judge and jury trials, and administrative and arbitration hearings, have been a large part of his pracitce.
Andy does business litigation, employment litigation, and construction law. He also advises and represents clients in the coal mining and health industries. He is rated “AV” in Martindale Hubble, and is listed in the Best Lawyers in America publication in the business litigation category.
He stays in shape by commuting to work by bicycle when Montana weather permits.
