Ross McLinden is an Associate at Moulton Bellingham PC. He focuses on litigation, with an emphasis toward employment law, construction law, contract disputes, and insurance defense.
Ross joined Moulton Bellingham in the fall of 2008. He currently serves on the Billings Studio Theatre’s Board of Directors as Vice President. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Billings West Rotary Club.
In 2011, the attorneys of Yellowstone, Stillwater, Big Horn, and Carbon County elected Ross to represent them as a State Bar Trustee. In addition, he serves on the Bar’s Professionalism Committee which organizes the New Lawyers’ Workshops and Road Shows.
Prior to joining Moulton Bellingham, Ross attended Gonzaga University School of Law. While attending law school, Ross interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Spokane, Washington. In 2008, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from law school, receiving awards in his Legal Research and Writing class, his Property class, and his Oil and Gas class.
Ross attended college at Montana Tech in Butte for one year, during which time, he playing basketball for the Montana Tech Orediggers. He then transferred to MSU-Billings, eventually graduating Cum Laude with a psychology degree. During his last semester at MSU-Billings, Ross interned with the investigative department of what was then known as the Yellowstone County Public Defender’s Office in Billings.
Ross grew up in Richey, a small town in eastern Montana, and in his free time he enjoys returning to that area to visit his many relatives.
